Materials Needed:
  • Sturdy Witch Hat (I got mine at Giant)
  • Glow Necklaces (one per child)
Step by Step Instructions: We used glow necklaces as the rings to toss onto a witch’s hat. The children each got to keep the glow necklace to wear trick or treating so they could stay safe!
Additional Comments: This was a kindergarten activity and I thought the children had a great time and the parents loved it! (In fact, one mom loved it so much she borrowed my witch hat to use at her neighborhood party)
