Party  Theme: Bear Party
Type of Project: Snack
Materials Needed:
  • Celery
  • Sun Butter (It is like peanut butter but it uses sunflower seeds)
  • Raisins
Step by Step Instructions: Give each child a piece of celery and have them put the sun-butter on it and then they can stick on the ants (raisins).
Additional Comments: Ours were pre made – I think the children would have had fun making it. But a lot of them tasted it and seemed to like it. The sun butter was a great peanut butter replacement. It tasted a lot like peanut butter.
